Wedding Cake
I made this cake for my friends' winter wedding. It was my first wedding cake. It was gingerbread cake with cream cheese frosting, decorated in marshmallow fondant.
Carnival Themed Birthday Party
I made this cake for a carnival themed first birthday party. The bright colours really made this cake pop and the coloured marshmallow "popcorn" on top made it seem very life-like.
"Be Nerdy" Element Cupcakes
These cupcakes are one of my favourites because the creative design shows that cupcakes really can be made for any event! A little bit of creativity can go a long way!
Running Shoe Cake
I made this cake for my sister's 30th birthday. She is a very avid, very dedicated and very swift runner.
The texture of the shoe is what makes me so proud of this cake. The stitching and other details add more realness to the cake. I added personal touches, such as size 30 as well as her own markings on the inside the shoe. The cake itself was chocolate with a chocolate Nutella icing. It was a custom cake made just for her and she loved it!
Doctor Coat Cake
I made this cake for a doctor's 30th birthday. I was very happy with the creativity and detail that was incorporated into this cake, from the pills and pill bottles to the seams on the coat collar and pocket. Some jokes were even incorporated in the detail on the pill bottles to tease the birthday boy a little bit.

This cake was made for a retirement party for a very special lady. It is the most personal cake I have made to date, as all of her employees wrote their own edible message onto a "post it note" (made of fondant, of course!) which were then compiled onto the cake, along with white chocolate paper clips.
St. Patrick's Day Birthday Cake
St. Patrick's Day Birthday Cake
This cake was made for a very special 9 year old's birthday, which happens to fall on St. Patrick's Day. Again, this cake made my list of favourites because of its detail. The leprechaun had a bow tie, seams on his coat jacket, and I love the tilt of his hat. The pot of gold's coins that sprinkled throughout his hands and the grass gave the cake a little something extra. The rainbow was a great touch as it enhanced the excitement of this cake.
